Johnny Depp as Sweeney Todd?

Wow.  Missed the news yesterday that Johnny Depp's gonna be the lead in the new Sweeney Todd movie -- though we could maybe have guessed, seein' as how it's a Tim Burton movie.

Now, Tboy knows about Cry-Baby and the rock band and all, but does anybody have a guess about whether the man can sing Sondheim?

I read about this ages ago on IMDB... I'm not sure how I feel about it yet... But I will definatly have to see it.
