Your favorite young critics?

And not just about theater ... visual arts, literature, music...

I've been asked to recommend candidates for an exchange program that'll take a group of 30-and-under arts critics to Northern Ireland, and I'm curious to know if you all have any favorite young writers.  If you'd like to recommend someone, please e-mail me privately.
